Alexoan: An aroace orientation for those who are neurodivergent and experience alexithymia or alexithymic traits. An alexoan individual may find it difficult to explain or describe their orientation due to alexithymia. Alternatively, they might struggle to feel their orientation at all; however, this doesn't necessarily mean it isn't there.

Alexoan experiences may include:

• Experiencing a lack of romantic or sexual attraction.
• Not being able to tell whether one is experiencing romantic or sexual attraction.
• Feeling romantic or sexual attraction in unconventional ways.
• Not being able to differentiate between one's romantic/sexual orientation and one's emotions.
• Not knowing how one feels about romantic or sexual attraction in general.
• Experiencing one's romantic or sexual attraction as a physical sensation.
